At the very first sip, I knew Guizhou Green Tea was going to become my go-to morning green tea! Brisk, refreshing, with an explosive clean sweetness that makes you want to tackle the day, this green tea delivers in every aspect. The curly matt green dry leaf looks sturdy and delivers more than a hint of sweetness even before they are warmed. Once warmed in the gaiwan the sweetness becomes more ‘focused’. Every infusion produced consistent results, a full mouthfeel that wasn’t heavy with a bold and refreshing flavor that delivered on the promise of sweetness with hints of asparagus and pea. We’ve also sipped this tea from a travel thermos and it performs spectacularly well if you are on the go. The sweetness takes on a honey-like nature and every sip is a delight. In the office, on the move, or at your tea table, Guizhou Green Tea is a great tea to add to your routine.
