This Sheng Pu’er 2016 is ‘constructed’ with material from various areas around the Menghai region. The goal is to create a more drinkable young sheng Pu’er and in that, they have most certainly succeeded. With just the right amount of crisp biting flavour that is expected from a young sheng, this tea also brings a wonderful hint of date-like sweetness to the sip and delightful frangrances of hay and even hints of meadow flowers, ever so subtle but present. This tea makes a great daily drinker!
